Returns/Exchanges
When presenting our items for sale we photograph and describe
them as accurately as possible, including any chips, cracks,
repairs, etc. We estimate the age and materials of our items to
the best of our knowledge.

If you're unhappy with your purchase you may return it, no
questions asked.

However, due to the fact that many of our items are
one-of-a-kind and in high demand, we charge 5% of the total
sale on each return, as a restocking fee. (Exchanges incur no
restocking fee.)

All returns must be phoned in for a refund/exchange
authorization number prior to shipment, to insure proper
handling of your return. Returns are permitted within 15 days of
receipt of merchandise. Shipping and handling costs are not
refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the
buyer. Buyer is responsible to file claims to the shipper if
returned merchandise is lost or damaged in transit.

Exceptions to Refunds/Exchanges
Clothes may be exchanged within 10 days if not worn. CD's,
calligraphy and tea sets that have been opened and/or used may
not be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer's
defect.
